How is the gift card delivered?
The buyer enters the recipient’s name and email at Square checkout, adds a personal message and chooses immediate delivery or a future date. Square sends the digital gift card after the purchase is completed.
Does buying a gift card book an appointment?
No. A gift card is studio credit. The recipient chooses a service and books separately, subject to availability and an assessment with Ruxanda.
Do I need to choose a treatment for the recipient?
No. Give an amount and let the recipient choose. They can contact Ruxanda before booking to discuss their preferences and whether a service is suitable.
Are touch-ups included?
Touch-ups are separate services. A dollar-value gift card can contribute toward their cost; buying a gift card does not create a treatment package.
How do I use my gift card?
Keep the Square gift-card email and redemption code. Contact us before booking if you need help using your credit or paying the booking fee. Any service cost beyond the available gift balance is paid separately.
