Powder / Ombre Brows are a cosmetic tattoo service that creates soft shading, similar to a filled-in brow makeup look. The ombre style fades from a lighter front to a more defined arch and tail.
Ruxanda Bumbu maps your brow shape and matches the color to your features before starting. You can discuss how soft or defined you want the finish to look. Powder and ombre are offered as one bookable service at our Lynnwood studio.

Consultation & Mapping
We talk through your goals, then measure and map your ideal brow shape to your features — you approve the shape before anything begins.
Color Matching
Pigment is selected to complement your hair and skin tone for a result that looks natural as it heals.
The Procedure
With numbing applied for comfort, soft layers of pigment are shaded in to build your powder gradient — about 2.5 hours start to finish.
Aftercare & Touch-Up
You'll leave with clear aftercare instructions. A first touch-up is usually scheduled 5–8 weeks later and costs $150 separately.
